Determination of the tunneling flight time as the reflected phase time

Using the time parameter in time-dependent Schr\"odinger equation, we study of flight for a particle tunneling through square barrier potential. Comparing mean and variance energy transmitted reflected particles, using both density flux distributions, find that, when accounting momentum filtering, suitably normalized distributions are identical cases. In contrast to previous studies, demonstrate that these results do not imply vanishing time, but rather it takes tunnel is precisely given by phase time.
